Tennessee residents will be charged sales tax on all purchases. 


Returns

Due to the nature of the products we offer, we will not accept returns. We work hard to ensure there are no mistakes with your order. In the event a mistake has been made we will gladly do whatever we can to make it right!

Lost or stolen items will not be refunded. 


Shipping

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been prepared for shipment. We are not responsible for orders once they have shipped. However, we will do our best to help resolve any issues that should arise during the shipping process.

For all RTS openings we will combine orders processed using the same name and address at checkout. You must also use the code COMBINESHIP at checkout to have your multiple orders combined. We will only combine orders that have used this code. You must pay for shipping on one of your multiple orders to qualify. If you are found to be abusing the code by receiving free shipping, your order will be canceled. Please keep in mind, If your order has already been pulled and packed, we are no longer able to combine multiple orders.  

We cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. Always be sure to double check and make sure all information is correct before placing your order. 


Turn Around Time 

Ready to Ship (RTS) openings have a 7 business day TAT prior to shipping from the date of purchase. This does not mean it will take the full 7 days, rather that it will be no longer than 7 business days. We work hard to get orders shipped as quickly as possible.

Pre-order openings have a 6-8 week TAT prior to shipping from the date of purchase. 

Please be mindful of the stated turn around times when placing your orders.
