Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damage caused by USPS during transit.
Please note: We do not offer refunds on stolen packages or lost packages that have been marked as delivered.
If your tracking number indicates your package is lost in transit, please contact us so that we may work with you towards a solution. USPS recommends waiting a full 15 days before action can be taken on lost packages.
