Shipping Policy

We offer flat rate shipping via USPS within the United States.

Ready to Ship products ship for $8.50 Flat Rate.

Pre-order products ship for $9.00 Flat Rate.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been prepared for shipment. We are not responsible for orders once they have shipped. However, we will do our best to help resolve any issues that should arise during the shipping process.

For all RTS openings we will combine orders processed using the same name and address at checkout. You must also use the code COMBINESHIP at checkout to have your multiple orders combined. We will only combine orders that have used this code. You must pay for shipping on one of your multiple orders to qualify. If you are found to be abusing the code by receiving free shipping, your order will be canceled. Please keep in mind, If your order has already been pulled and packed, we are no longer able to combine multiple orders.  

We cannot make changes to orders once they have been placed. Always be sure to double check and make sure all information is correct before placing your order. 

 

Turn Around Time 

Ready to Ship (RTS) openings have a 7 business day TAT prior to shipping from the date of purchase. This does not mean it will take the full 7 days, rather that it will be no longer than 7 business days. We work hard to get orders shipped as quickly as possible.

Pre-order openings have a 4-6 week TAT prior to shipping from the date of purchase. 

Please be mindful of the stated turn around times when placing your orders.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail includes delivery in 1-3 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@southboundcandleco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
